माघमा घरजग्गा कारोबार सुधारिए पनि राजस्व सङ्कलनमा गिरावटDecline in Revenue Collection Despite Improvement in Real Estate Transactions in Magh

Despite signs of improvement in real estate transactions across the country, revenue collection saw a decline in Magh. According to the Department of Land Management and Records, a total of NPR 3.87 billion was collected in Magh, which is lower than the NPR 4.25 billion collected in Poush. In comparison, revenue collection in Mangsir stood at NPR 3.87 billion. Over the first seven months of the current fiscal year, total revenue collection reached NPR 24.71 billion, reflecting an approximate 14% increase compared to the same period last year.Despite signs of improvement in real estate transactions across the country, revenue collection saw a decline in Magh. According to the report, a total FDI commitment of NPR 546.60 billion has been recorded from Shrawan to Magh (July to February) of the fiscal year 2081/82, showing significant growth compared to the same period in the previous fiscal year.
