सिनर्जी पावरको १९औँ वार्षिक साधारण सभा सम्पन्न, १०.५२६३ प्रतिशत लाभांश पारित काठमाडौँ— सिनर्जी पावर डेभलपमेन्ट लिमिटेड ले १९औँ वार्षिक साधारण सभा सम्पन्न भएको जानकारी दिएको छ। कम्पनीले नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेञ्जलाई जानकारी गराउँदै साधारण सभाबाट लाभांश पारित हुनुका साथै सञ्चालक निर्वाचन पनि सम्पन्न भएको जनाएको हो। कम्पनीका अनुसार सुरुमा २०८२ पुस २८ गतेका लागि बोलाइएको १९औँ वार्षिक साधारण सभा आवश्यक गणपूरक संख्या नपुगेका कारण स्थगित भएको थियो। त्यसपछि २०८२ पुस २९ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकको निर्णयअनुसार माघ ८ गते पुनः सभा बोलाइएको भए पनि, सभा सुरु हुनुअघि केही शेयरधनीहरूको अभद्र तथा अमर्यादित गतिविधिका कारण पुनः स्थगित भएको कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।Synergy Power Completes 19th AGM, Approves Dividend and Elects New Directors Kathmandu — Synergy Power Development Limited has successfully concluded its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM), bringing an end to a prolonged period of uncertainty surrounding the company’s annual disclosures and board election process. The company informed the Nepal Stock Exchange that the meeting approved key financial agenda items, including dividends and the election of directors. According to the company, the AGM process had faced multiple disruptions. The meeting originally scheduled for December 28, 2025 (Poush 28, 2082) was postponed due to the lack of a quorum. A rescheduled meeting on January 8, 2026 (Magh 8, 2082) was again suspended before commencement following what the company described as unruly and inappropriate behavior by a group of shareholders. The AGM was finally convened and completed following a decision taken at the board’s 174th meeting held on January 11, 2026.
