वैदेशिक रोजगारको नाममा ६६ लाख ठगी गर्ने चार जना पक्राउ विदेशमा रोजगारीको प्रलोभन देखाउँदै ६६ लाख ८० हजार रुपैयाँ ठगी गरेको आरोपमा प्रहरीले चार जनालाई पक्राउ गरी सार्वजनिक गरेको छ।Four Arrested for Embezzling NPR 6.68 Million in Foreign Employment Fraud Police have arrested four individuals accused of defrauding NPR 6.68 million under the pretense of providing foreign employment opportunities. The arrested individuals are identified as Kul Bahadur Thapa (43) from Gorkha Gandaki Rural Municipality–2, currently residing in Bharatpur Metropolitan City–10, Chitwan; Rajan Ale (31) from Gorkha Gandaki Municipality–2, currently residing in Nagarjun, Kathmandu; Jay Prakash Chaurasiya (30) from Birgunj–16, Parsa; and Akash Dulal (27) from Suryabinayak Municipality–5, Bhaktapur. According to Superintendent of Police Kaji Kumar Acharya, the spokesperson for the Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office, these individuals lured unemployed youths with promises of high-paying jobs abroad, deceiving them for extended periods without fulfilling their commitments.

बैंकिङ प्रणालीबाट ६० अर्ब तरलता खिच्दै राष्ट्र बैंक काठमाडौं - बैंकिङ प्रणालीमा अधिक तरलता बढेपछि राष्ट्र बैंकले निरन्तर तरलता खिच्न सुरु गरेको छ। आइतबार केन्द्रीय बैंकले बैंकिङ प्रणालीबाट ६० अर्ब रुपैयाँ खिच्ने योजना बनाएको छ। राष्ट्र बैंकले निक्षेप संकलन उपकरण जारी गरी ७० अर्ब रुपैयाँ खिच्न लागेको हो। अहिले बैंकहरुमा तरलता थुप्रिएपछि ब्याजदर करिडोर व्यवस्थापन गर्न राष्ट्र बैंकलाई कठिनाइ भइरहेको छ। राष्ट्र बैंकले स्थायी तरलता सुविधा (एसएलएफ) उपलब्ध गराए पनि अन्तरबैंक ब्याजदर सीमाभन्दा बाहिर गएपछि निक्षेप संकलन उपकरणको सहायताले तरलता खिच्न कदम चालेको हो। तरलता व्यवस्थापनको यस प्रक्रियाले बैंकिङ प्रणालीमा तरलताको सन्तुलन कायम गर्न र ब्याजदर स्थिर राख्न सहयोग गर्ने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।NRB to Withdraw NPR 60 Billion Liquidity from the Banking System Kathmandu - With excessive liquidity in the banking system, Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has started continuously withdrawing liquidity. The accumulation of liquidity in banks has created challenges for NRB in managing the interest rate corridor. Despite providing Standing Liquidity Facility (SLF) to banks, the interbank interest rate has exceeded the desired range. To address this, NRB has decided to utilize deposit collection instruments to absorb the excess liquidity. This liquidity management measure is expected to help balance the banking system's liquidity and stabilize interest rates.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers, the price of hallmark gold has decreased by NPR 1,700 per tola and is being traded at NPR 149,000 per tola. Yesterday, the price of gold was NPR 150,700 per tola. Similarly, the price of silver has also fallen by NPR 55 per tola. Silver is currently being traded at NPR 1,780 per tola, compared to NPR 1,835 per tola in yesterday's market. The decrease in gold and silver prices has had an impact on the market. Buyers are eager to purchase at lower prices, while traders are analyzing the ongoing price reduction trend.
