फागुन २७ गते, बुधबार नेपाली बजारमा सुनको मूल्य दुई हजार रुपैयाँले बढेको छ। नेपाल सुनचाँदी व्यवसायी महासंघका अनुसार आज छापावाल सुन प्रतितोला ३ लाख १९ हजार रुपैयाँमा कारोबार भइरहेको छ। चाँदीको मूल्य भने स्थिर रहेको छ र मंगलबारको मूल्य ५ हजार ७२० रुपैयाँमा कारोबार भइरहेको छ।On February 27, Wednesday, the price of gold in the Nepali market rose by 2,000 rupees. According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Traders' Federation, hallmark gold per tola is trading at 319,000 rupees. The price of silver remained stable, with the price per tola at 5,720 rupees, the same as Tuesday.

सेबोनले दुई जलविद्युत कम्पनीलाई आईपीओ निष्कासनको अनुमति दियो नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड (सेबोन) ले कालंगा हाइड्रो लिमिटेड र सानीगड हाइड्रो लिमिटेडलाई प्रारम्भिक सार्वजनिक निष्कासन (आईपीओ) गर्ने अनुमति दिएको छ। यो अनुमति २५ फागुन २०७९ मा प्रदान गरिएको हो।SEBON Grants IPO Approval to Two Hydropower Companies The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted approval for the Initial Public Offering (IPO) to be issued by two hydropower companies, Kalanga Hydro Limited and Sanigad Hydro Limited. The approval was given on 25th Falgun 2079. As per SEBON’s approval, Kalanga Hydro Limited will issue 4.9 million shares worth NPR 49 crore. The company will offer the IPO at a price of NPR 100 per share. The sales manager for this IPO will be Sanima Capital Limited. Kalanga Hydro has been generating commercial production since Magh 2079 with a 15.33 MW Kalanga Hydroelectric Project in Bajhang district. The company’s chairman is Khageshwar Bohora, with other directors including Umesh Shrestha, Rajesh Kumar Shrestha, Shivprasad Ghimire, and Tirtharaj Chataut. The company secretary is Pradip Kumar Dahal.

काठमाडौं । मंगलबार सेयर बजारमा साढे ७ महिनायताकै उच्च कारोबार भएको छ। यस दिन कुल २१ अर्ब ५० करोड रुपैयाँ बराबरको शेयर कारोबार भएको हो। उच्च कारोबार भए पनि नेप्से परिसूचक भने ३२.०८ अंक (१.११ प्रतिशत) घटेर २८४३ विन्दुमा बन्द भएको छ। आज ७८ कम्पनीको शेयर मूल्य बढ्दा १७८ कम्पनीको घटेको छ। रिलायन्स स्पिनिङ मिल्स र साल्पा विकास बैंकको शेयर मूल्य १० प्रतिशतले बढेको छ भने हिमस्टार ऊर्जाको मूल्य सबैभन्दा धेरै ६.३६ प्रतिशतले घटेको छ।Kathmandu — Nepal’s stock market recorded its highest trading volume in about seven and a half months on Tuesday, with transactions worth NPR 21.50 billion. सरकारले ५ वर्ष अवधिको विकास ऋणपत्र २०८७ मार्फत ६ अर्ब रुपैयाँ आन्तरिक ऋण उठाउने भएको छ। सार्वजनिक ऋण व्यवस्थापन कार्यालयका अनुसार ऋणपत्रको बोलकबोल फागुन २६ गते हुनेछ भने निष्कासन फागुन २७ गते गरिनेछ। बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्था, बीमा कम्पनी, संगठित संस्था तथा नेपाली नागरिकले बोलकबोलमा सहभागी हुन सक्नेछन्। ऋणपत्रको ब्याजदर बोलकबोल प्रक्रियाबाट निर्धारण गरिनेछ र यसलाई धितो राखेर कर्जा लिन पनि सकिने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।The Government of Nepal plans to raise NPR 6 billion in domestic debt through a five-year Development Bond 2087. The company has issued 18,42,600 units of ordinary shares to the general public under this offering. Shikhar Power Development Limited has a total issued capital of Rs. 98 crore, out of which 32.65 percent (32,00,000 shares) is planned to be distributed to the public. From the total public allocation, 9,80,000 shares (10 percent of issued capital) worth Rs. 9.80 crore have been reserved for project-affected locals and transmission line–affected residents of Baglung District based on the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report. काठमाडौं उपत्यकामा पछिल्लो समय वायु प्रदूषणको स्तर अत्यधिक बढेको छ। आकाश धमिलो देखिएको छ र दृश्य क्षमता घट्दा यातायात तथा हवाई उडानमा समेत सामान्य प्रभाव परेको छ। हावामा धुलो र धुवाँको मात्रा बढेकाले सर्वसाधारणले आँखा पोल्ने र श्वासप्रश्वासमा समस्या महसुस गरेका छन्। हिउँदे वर्षा नहुनु र विभिन्न स्थानमा लागेको डढेलोको धुवाँ उपत्यकामा भित्रिँदा प्रदूषण बढेको मौसमविद्हरूले बताएका छन्। केही दिनसम्म प्रदूषणको अवस्था कायमै रहन सक्ने अनुमान गरिएको छ।Air pollution in the Kathmandu Valley has risen sharply, making the sky hazy and reducing visibility. The situation has slightly affected transportation and flight operations. Increased dust and smoke in the air have caused eye irritation and breathing discomfort among residents. Experts say the pollution has worsened due to the lack of winter rainfall and smoke from wildfires entering the valley. The polluted conditions are expected to continue for the next few days.

निर्वाचनपछिको पहिलो कारोबार दिन नेप्सेमा तीव्र वृद्धि देखिँदै दोस्रो सर्किट ब्रेक लागेको छ। बजार खुलेको एक मिनेटमै ४ प्रतिशतले बढेर पहिलो सर्किट लागेपछि २० मिनेटका लागि कारोबार स्थगित गरिएको थियो। पुनः खुलेको बजार केही सेकेन्डमै ५ प्रतिशतले बढेपछि दोस्रो सर्किट लाग्दै कारोबार ४० मिनेटका लागि रोकिएको हो। सो समयसम्म नेप्से परिसूचक १३५.७२ अंकले बढेर २८४८.२२ विन्दुमा पुगेको थियो।On the first trading day after the election, NEPSE triggered the second circuit breaker following a sharp market surge. फागुन २५ गते, सोमबार नेपाली बजारमा सुन र चाँदी दुवैको मूल्य घटेको छ। नेपाल सुनचाँदी व्यवसायी संघका अनुसार छापावाल सुन प्रतितोला ३ हजार ७०० रुपैयाँले घटेर ३ लाख १३ हजार २०० रुपैयाँमा कारोबार भइरहेको छ। यस्तै, चाँदीको मूल्य पनि तोलामा ६५ रुपैयाँले घटेर प्रतितोला ५ हजार ४१० रुपैयाँमा कारोबार भइरहेको छ। On Monday, Falgun 25, the prices of both gold and silver decreased in the Nepali market. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, gold fell by Rs. 3,700 per tola to Rs. 313,200 per tola. Similarly, silver declined by Rs. 65 per tola and is being traded at Rs. 5,410 per tola.
