प्रतिनिधिसभा विघटनविरुद्ध दायर १६ वटा रिटमा आजदेखि सर्वोच्चमा सुनुवाइ सुरु प्रतिनिधिसभा विघटनविरुद्ध सर्वोच्च अदालतमा दायर भएका १६ वटा रिट निवेदनमा आजदेखि सुनुवाइ सुरु भएको छ। सर्वोच्च अदालतका प्रवक्ता अर्जुनप्रसाद कोइरालाका अनुसार प्रधानमन्त्रीको नियुक्ति र संसद् विघटनको निर्णय बदर गरी संसद् पुनःस्थापना गर्न माग गर्दै दायर रिटहरूमाथि प्रारम्भिक सुनुवाइ प्रारम्भ भएको हो। रिट निवेदनहरूमा उत्प्रेषण र परमादेश आदेश जारी गर्न माग गरिएको छ। यि रिटहरूमा प्रधानमन्त्री नियुक्तिको प्रक्रिया संवैधानिक व्यवस्थाविपरीत भएको र संसद् विघटन असंवैधानिक रहेको दाबी गरिएको छ।Supreme Court Begins Hearing on 16 Petitions Filed Against Dissolution of House of Representatives The Supreme Court of Nepal has begun hearings on 16 writ petitions filed against the dissolution of the House of Representatives. According to court spokesperson Arjun Prasad Koirala, the petitions seek to nullify the appointment of the Prime Minister and the dissolution of Parliament, demanding its reinstatement through writs of certiorari and mandamus. The petitioners argue that both the Prime Minister’s appointment process and the decision to dissolve Parliament were unconstitutional and contrary to the provisions of the Constitution.
