The initiative will target areas with high air pollution risk, including Kathmandu Valley, Terai, and hilly regions. This project will help reduce the economic burden of air pollution, which costs over 6% of Nepal's GDP. Additionally, it will provide concessional loans and technical support to industries, reducing operational costs and improving competitiveness. The interest rate will be determined through the bidding process, and the payment will be made on March 25, 2026. Investors can bid for amounts ranging from NPR 10 million to NPR 50 million. The collected deposits can be used as collateral in other banks and financial institutions. Only approved banks and financial institutions are eligible to participate. The bids will be prioritized based on the lowest interest rate, and the remaining funds will be allocated on a pro-rata basis. The approval was given on 25th Falgun 2079. As per SEBON’s approval, Kalanga Hydro Limited will issue 4.9 million shares worth NPR 49 crore. The company will offer the IPO at a price of NPR 100 per share. The sales manager for this IPO will be Sanima Capital Limited. Kalanga Hydro has been generating commercial production since Magh 2079 with a 15.33 MW Kalanga Hydroelectric Project in Bajhang district. The company’s chairman is Khageshwar Bohora, with other directors including Umesh Shrestha, Rajesh Kumar Shrestha, Shivprasad Ghimire, and Tirtharaj Chataut. काठमाडौं । मंगलबार सेयर बजारमा साढे ७ महिनायताकै उच्च कारोबार भएको छ। यस दिन कुल २१ अर्ब ५० करोड रुपैयाँ बराबरको शेयर कारोबार भएको हो। उच्च कारोबार भए पनि नेप्से परिसूचक भने ३२.०८ अंक (१.११ प्रतिशत) घटेर २८४३ विन्दुमा बन्द भएको छ। आज ७८ कम्पनीको शेयर मूल्य बढ्दा १७८ कम्पनीको घटेको छ। रिलायन्स स्पिनिङ मिल्स र साल्पा विकास बैंकको शेयर मूल्य १० प्रतिशतले बढेको छ भने हिमस्टार ऊर्जाको मूल्य सबैभन्दा धेरै ६.३६ प्रतिशतले घटेको छ।Kathmandu — Nepal’s stock market recorded its highest trading volume in about seven and a half months on Tuesday, with transactions worth NPR 21.50 billion. सरकारले ५ वर्ष अवधिको विकास ऋणपत्र २०८७ मार्फत ६ अर्ब रुपैयाँ आन्तरिक ऋण उठाउने भएको छ। सार्वजनिक ऋण व्यवस्थापन कार्यालयका अनुसार ऋणपत्रको बोलकबोल फागुन २६ गते हुनेछ भने निष्कासन फागुन २७ गते गरिनेछ। बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्था, बीमा कम्पनी, संगठित संस्था तथा नेपाली नागरिकले बोलकबोलमा सहभागी हुन सक्नेछन्। ऋणपत्रको ब्याजदर बोलकबोल प्रक्रियाबाट निर्धारण गरिनेछ र यसलाई धितो राखेर कर्जा लिन पनि सकिने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।The Government of Nepal plans to raise NPR 6 billion in domestic debt through a five-year Development Bond 2087. मंगलबार फागुन २६ गते नेपाली बजारमा सुन र चाँदी दुवैको मूल्य बढेको छ। नेपाल सुनचाँदी व्यवसायी संघका अनुसार सुन प्रतितोला ३ हजार ८०० रुपैयाँले बढेर ३ लाख १७ हजार रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ भने चाँदी प्रतितोला ३१० रुपैयाँले बढेर ५ हजार ७२० रुपैयाँमा कारोबार भइरहेको छ।Gold and silver prices increased in the Nepali market on Tuesday, Falgun 26. The price of gold rose by Rs. 3,800 per tola to reach Rs. 317,000, while silver increased by Rs. 310 per tola and is currently trading at Rs. 5,720 per tola.

शिखर पावर डेभलपमेन्टको आईपीओ आज बन्द हुँदै, हालसम्म १५ गुणा बढी आवेदन काठमाडौं । शिखर पावर डेभलपमेन्ट लिमिटेडले सर्वसाधारणका लागि निष्काशन गरेको प्रारम्भिक सार्वजनिक निष्काशन (आईपीओ)मा आवेदन दिने आज अन्तिम दिन रहेको छ। कम्पनीले फागुन १७ गतेदेखि सर्वसाधारणका लागि आईपीओ बिक्री खुला गरेको थियो भने आज फागुन २६ गते आवेदन बन्द हुन लागेको हो। कम्पनीले सर्वसाधारणका लागि १८ लाख ४२ हजार ६०० कित्ता साधारण शेयर प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँ अंकित दरमा निष्काशन गरेको हो। कम्पनीको कुल जारी पूँजी ९८ करोड रुपैयाँ रहेको छ। यसमध्ये ३२ लाख कित्ता (३२.६५ प्रतिशत) शेयर सर्वसाधारणलाई निष्काशन गर्ने योजना रहेको छ। कुल सार्वजनिक निष्काशनमध्ये ९ लाख ८० हजार कित्ता शेयर आयोजना प्रभावित क्षेत्रका स्थानीय बासिन्दा तथा विद्युत् प्रसारण लाइन प्रभावित बागलुङ जिल्लाका स्थानीयलाई छुट्याइएको छ भने बाँकी २२ लाख २० हजार कित्ता शेयर सर्वसाधारणका लागि छुट्याइएको हो।Shikhar Power Development IPO Closing Today; Issue Oversubscribed 15 Times Kathmandu — The initial public offering (IPO) of Shikhar Power Development Limited is closing today, Falgun 26, 2082, for the general public. The company had opened the IPO issue on Falgun 17, 2082, offering shares at a par value of Rs. 100 per unit. The company has issued 18,42,600 units of ordinary shares to the general public under this offering. Shikhar Power Development Limited has a total issued capital of Rs. 98 crore, out of which 32.65 percent (32,00,000 shares) is planned to be distributed to the public. From the total public allocation, 9,80,000 shares (10 percent of issued capital) worth Rs. 9.80 crore have been reserved for project-affected locals and transmission line–affected residents of Baglung District based on the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report. The remaining 22,20,000 shares (22.65 percent) are designated for the general public.
