नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंक ले बैंकिङ प्रणालीमा अधिक तरलता भएपछि ३० अर्ब रुपैयाँ संकलन गर्न निक्षेप संकलन उपकरण प्रयोग गर्ने भएको छ। आज दिउँसो ३ बजे बोलकबोल हुनेछ, जसमा ‘क’, ‘ख’ र ‘ग’ वर्गका बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थामात्र सहभागी हुन पाउनेछन्। ८७ दिने यो उपकरणको साँवा तथा ब्याज २०८३ जेठ ६ गते भुक्तानी गरिनेछ।Nepal Rastra Bank has decided to withdraw NPR 30 billion from the banking system through a deposit collection instrument due to excess liquidity. Bidding will be held today at 3:00 PM, with participation limited to Class A, B, and C financial institutions. The 87-day instrument will mature on Jestha 6, 2083, when both principal and interest will be paid.

Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager. UAIL’s share price last closed at Rs. 456.60.

ई–कमर्स क्षेत्रमा कडा नियमन: दर्ता अनिवार्य, नियम उल्लंघन गर्ने प्लेटफर्म खारेज हुनेStrict Regulation on E-Commerce: Mandatory Registration and Cancellation of Non-Compliant Platforms

सरकारले विद्युतीय व्यापार (ई–कमर्स) क्षेत्रलाई व्यवस्थित बनाउन कडा नियमन लागू गरेको छ। उद्योग, वाणिज्य तथा आपूर्ति मन्त्रालयले जारी गरेको नयाँ निर्देशिकाअनुसार अब सबै ई–कमर्स व्यवसायीले सरकारी पोर्टलमा अनिवार्य रूपमा दर्ता हुनुपर्नेछ। दर्ता नगरी सञ्चालन गरिएको प्लेटफर्मलाई सात दिनभित्र सूचीकृत हुन निर्देशन दिइने र अटेरी गरेमा खारेज गरिने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ। निर्देशिकाले नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट स्वीकृत डिजिटल पेमेन्ट गेटवे मात्र प्रयोग गर्नुपर्ने, नगद कारोबारमा समेत विद्युतीय बीजक जारी गर्नुपर्ने र सात दिनभित्र रकम फिर्ता गर्नुपर्ने प्रावधान राखेको छ। साथै, प्रयोगकर्ताको व्यक्तिगत विवरण एनक्रिप्टेड रूपमा सुरक्षित राख्नुपर्ने तथा डेटा चुहावट भएमा तुरुन्त कारोबार बन्द गरी सार्वजनिक जानकारी दिनुपर्ने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ। यस कदमले ई–कमर्स क्षेत्रमा पारदर्शिता र उपभोक्ता संरक्षण मजबुत हुने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ। The Government of Nepal has introduced strict regulations to manage and regulate the growing e-commerce sector. काठमाडौं । समस्याग्रस्त सहकारी व्यवस्थापन समितिले सहकारी ठगी प्रकरणमा संलग्न करिब १३ हजार ऋणी सदस्यको बैंक खाता, सेयर तथा चल–अचल सम्पत्ति रोक्का गरेको छ। बचतकर्ताको रकम फिर्ता प्रक्रिया तीव्र बनाउन यो कदम चालिएको हो। समितिका अनुसार ७४ हजारभन्दा बढी बचतकर्ताबाट करिब ४४ अर्ब रुपैयाँको दाबी परेको छ। तर हालसम्म करिब ४ अर्ब रुपैयाँ मात्र फिर्ता भएको छ। अधिकांश सहकारीमा कमजोर पुँजी संरचना, कानुनी जटिलता र जनशक्ति अभावका कारण पूर्ण राफसाफ हुन समय लाग्ने देखिएको छ। सम्पत्ति जफत प्रक्रिया सुरु भए पनि सहकारी संकटको समाधान तत्काल सम्भव नदेखिएको समितिको निष्कर्ष छ। Kathmandu — The Problematic Cooperative Management Committee has frozen the bank accounts, shares, and properties of around 13,000 loan defaulters involved in cooperative fraud cases to speed up loan recovery and depositor refunds. सिटिजन्स बैंकका संस्थापक शेयर सर्वसाधारणलाई बिक्रीमा, १८ हजारभन्दा बढी कित्ता खुला Citizens Bank International Limited का एक संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफ्नो स्वामित्वमा रहेको संस्थापक शेयर सर्वसाधारणका लागि बिक्रीमा राखेका छन्। बैंकले प्रकाशित सूचनाअनुसार संस्थापक समूहका शेयरधनी राजकुमार थापाले १८ हजार ८४४.७२ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्रीका लागि आवेदन दिएका हुन्। उक्त शेयरमा बैंकको १९औँ वार्षिक साधारण सभाबाट पारित बोनस शेयरसमेत समावेश गरिएको छ। बैंकले जानकारी दिएअनुसार ती शेयरको न्यूनतम बिक्री मूल्य प्रतिकित्ता १३० रुपैयाँ तोकिएको छ। नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको निर्देशनअनुसार संस्थापक शेयर खरिद–बिक्री गर्दा पहिलो प्राथमिकता अन्य संस्थापक शेयरधनीलाई दिनुपर्ने व्यवस्था छ। सोही प्रावधानअनुसार बैंकले यसअघि मिति २०८२/०९/२९ मा नेपाली हिमालय टाइम्स राष्ट्रिय दैनिकमा सूचना प्रकाशित गरी संस्थापक शेयरधनीलाई आवेदन दिन आह्वान गरेको थियो।Citizens Bank’s Promoter Shares Open for Public Sale, Over 18,000 Units Available Citizens Bank International Limited has announced that promoter shares owned by one of its founding shareholders are now open for purchase by the general public. According to the notice published by the bank, promoter shareholder Raj Kumar Thapa has applied to sell 18,844.72 units of promoter shares, including bonus shares approved at the bank’s 19th Annual General Meeting. The minimum selling price has been fixed at NPR 130 per share. As per the directives of Nepal Rastra Bank, promoter shares must first be offered to existing promoter shareholders. In line with this provision, the bank had earlier published a notice on 2082/09/29 in a national daily, inviting applications from promoter shareholders.

१५ निर्माण कम्पनीसँग स्पष्टीकरण माग, कालोसूचीमा राख्ने चेतावनी प्रधानमन्त्री तथा मन्त्रिपरिषद्को कार्यालय मातहत रहेको सार्वजनिक खरिद अनुगमन कार्यालय ले सर्तअनुसार काम नगर्ने १५ निर्माण कम्पनीलाई कालोसूचीमा राख्ने तयारीस्वरूप स्पष्टीकरण माग गरेको छ। कार्यालयले बुधबार सूचना प्रकाशित गर्दै सम्बन्धित निर्माण व्यवसायी तथा आपूर्तिकर्तालाई लिखित जवाफ पेश गर्न निर्देशन दिएको हो। कार्यालयले सार्वजनिक खरिद ऐन, २०६३ को दफा ६३ बमोजिम कालोसूचीमा राख्नुअघि सम्बन्धित पक्षलाई स्पष्टीकरण दिने अवसर प्रदान गर्नुपर्ने व्यवस्था अनुसार मिति २०८२/१०/१६ गते सूचना जारी गरेको जनाएको छ। सूचनाअनुसार विभिन्न सार्वजनिक निकायबाट प्राप्त विवरणका आधारमा केही निर्माण कम्पनीहरूले ठेक्का सम्झौताअनुसार काम सम्पन्न नगरेको, गम्भीर लापरबाही देखिएको वा तोकिएको मापदण्ड पूरा नगरेको पाइएकाले स्पष्टीकरण मागिएको हो।Public Procurement Office Seeks Explanation from 15 Construction Companies, Warns of Blacklisting The Public Procurement Monitoring Office, operating under the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, has sought written explanations from 15 construction companies for failing to carry out work as per contractual conditions. Under this agreement, NIC Asia Capital will provide comprehensive registrar services for the company’s founder shares as well as ordinary shares issued to the general public. After the regulatory authority formally sought clarification from four companies involved in the case, the insurance sector has once again come under public scrutiny. Nepal Insurance Authority has sent official letters directing Oriental Insurance Company, Nepal Reinsurance Company, Himalayan Reinsurance Company, and Alient Reinsurance Broker to submit written explanations. According to sources, the regulator has initiated the investigation due to suspected legal and technical irregularities in the reinsurance agreement and related procedures. Earlier, an investigation committee formed by the authority had recommended action against the concerned companies as far back as last Mangsir. However, the decision-making process was delayed due to vacant positions on the board, which prevented the formation of the required quorum. As a result, the implementation of the investigation report was postponed.

शेयर बजार आगामी फागुन १० गते आइतबारमात्रै खुल्ने भएको छ। यस साताको दोस्रो कारोबार दिन आज पनि सेयर बजार घटेर बन्द भएको छ। सोमबार जस्तै मंगलबार पनि बजारमा निरन्तर गिरावट देखिएको हो। चालु सातामा सोमबार र मंगलबार मात्र कारोबार खुलेको थियो भने त्यसपछि लगातार सार्वजनिक बिदाका कारण बजार बन्द हुने भएको छ। यस साताको आइतबार शिवरात्रि, बुधबार ग्याल्पो ल्होसार तथा बिहीबार प्रजातन्त्र दिवसका अवसरमा सार्वजनिक बिदा परेकाले Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) मा सेयर कारोबार स्थगित रहनेछ। त्यसका कारण अब सेयर कारोबार फागुन १० गते आइतबारदेखि मात्र पुनः सुरु हुनेछ।The share market will now reopen only on Sunday, Falgun 10.
