ग्लोबल आइएमई बैंकको खुद नाफामा ४९.५१ प्रतिशतको वृद्धि Global IME Bank Reports 49.51% Surge in Net Profit

ग्लोबल आइएमई बैंकले खुद नाफामा ४९.५१ प्रतिशतको वृद्धि हासिल गर्‍यो ग्लोबल आइएमई बैंक लिमिटेडले चालु आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१ को दोस्रो त्रैमास (पुस मसान्त) सम्मको अपरिष्कृत वित्तीय विवरण सार्वजनिक गरेको छ। यो अवधिमा बैंकले ३ अर्ब ५ करोड ३४ लाख रुपैयाँ खुद नाफा कमाएको छ। यो अघिल्लो आर्थिक वर्षको सोही अवधिको तुलनामा ४९.५१ प्रतिशतले बढी हो। पुस, २०८० मा बैंकको खुद नाफा २ अर्ब ४ करोड २३ लाख रुपैयाँ मात्र थियो। बैंकको आर्थिक नाफा वृद्धिको प्रमुख कारण भनेको इम्पेरमेन्ट चार्जमा कमी हुनु हो। अघिल्लो वर्षको तुलनामा यस वर्ष बैंकले इम्पेरमेन्ट चार्जलाई ४ अर्ब १३ करोड रुपैयाँबाट घटाएर २ अर्ब २० करोड रुपैयाँमा झारेको छ। यसले बैंकको सञ्चालन मुनाफामा उल्लेखनीय वृद्धि ल्याउन मद्दत गरेको छ।Global IME Bank Reports 49.51% Surge in Net Profit Global IME Bank Limited has released its unaudited financial report for the second quarter of FY 2081 (ending Poush). The bank recorded a net profit of NPR 3.05 billion, a significant increase of 49.51% compared to the same period last year. In Poush, 2080, the net profit stood at NPR 2.04 billion. The primary driver of this profit growth was the reduction in impairment charges, despite a decline in net interest income. The bank reduced its impairment charges from NPR 4.13 billion in the previous year to NPR 2.20 billion, resulting in a substantial boost to its operating profit.

शेयर बजार सुधारका लागि कम्पनी ऐन, २०५३ मा ५ बुँदे संशोधन सरकारले शेयर बजार सुधारका लागि कम्पनी ऐन, २०५३ मा महत्वपूर्ण संशोधन गरेको छ। अर्थ मन्त्रालयद्वारा आज आयोजित पत्रकार सम्मेलनमा पाँच बुँदे संशोधनका प्रावधानहरू सार्वजनिक गरिएका छन्। संशोधन अनुसार, स्टार्टअप कम्पनीहरूलाई प्रवर्धन गर्न चूक्ता पुँजीको ४० प्रतिशत र कम्पनीको २० प्रतिशतसम्म शेयर व्यक्ति विशेषलाई उपलब्ध गराउन सकिने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ। यस्तै, प्राइभेट कम्पनीका सहभालकले अर्को प्राइभेट कम्पनीमा पनि सहभालक बन्न सक्ने कानूनी अधिकार पाउने व्यवस्था थप गरिएको छ। बैंक, वित्तीय संस्था, र बीमा क्षेत्रबाहेकका पब्लिक कम्पनीका सहभालक बन्नका लागि सहजीकरण गरिने तथा प्राइभेट कम्पनीलाई प्रिमियम मूल्यमा आइपीओ जारी गर्ने प्रक्रियालाई सरल बनाउन कम्पनी रजिस्ट्रार कार्यालयको थप स्वीकृतिको आवश्यकता हटाइएको छ। कम्पनी दर्ता प्रक्रियालाई सहज बनाउनेतर्फ सरकारले विशेष ध्यान दिएको छ। हालसम्म सहभालक विवरण नपेश गर्ने वा बन्द गर्नुपर्ने कम्पनीहरूलाई न्यूनतम जरिवाना तिर्नुपर्ने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ। सरकारका अनुसार यी संशोधनले शेयर बजारमा सुधार ल्याउँदै आर्थिक क्षेत्रको विकास र लगानीकर्ताको विश्वास अभिवृद्धि गर्ने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।5-Point Amendment to Companies Act 2053 for Stock Market Reform The government has introduced significant amendments to the Companies Act, 2053, aimed at reforming the stock market. With over 6.25 billion NPR in trading volume, investors displayed increased enthusiasm. Out of 13 sectors, 10 sectors closed in green. The highest trading volume was recorded by NRN Infrastructure and Development, with trades worth 260.85 million NPR. It was followed by Super Madi Hydropower and Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower in second and third positions, respectively. A total of 129 million shares of 325 companies were traded.
