नारायणी डेभलपमेन्ट बैंकका अवितरित हकप्रद शेयर लिलामीमा—६ लाख ३ हजारभन्दा बढी संस्थापक, १८ हजार सर्वसाधारण शेयर बिक्रीमा नारायणी डेभलपमेन्ट बैंक लिमिटेडले आफ्नो अवितरित हकप्रद शेयरलाई शिलबन्दी बोलपत्रमार्फत लिलामी बिक्री गर्ने भएको छ। बैंकले संस्थापक तथा सर्वसाधारण दुवै समूहमा आवेदन नपरेपछि उक्त शेयरहरूलाई लिलामी प्रक्रियाबाट बिक्री गर्न लागेको हो। बैंककाे हकप्रद शेयर २०७९/०६/०२ देखि २०७९/०७/०९ सम्म बिक्री खुला गरिएको थियो। निर्धारित अवधिमा संस्थापक समूहतर्फ ६,०३,१६२ कित्ता र सर्वसाधारण समूहतर्फ १८,४४४ कित्ता हकप्रद शेयरका लागि मागअनुसार आवेदन प्राप्त नहुँदा नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकद्वारा जारी एकीकृत निर्देशन २०८१, तथा धितोपत्र निष्कासन तथा बाँडफाँट निर्देशिका २०७४ काे निर्देशन नं. १५ बमोजिम बैंकले लिलामी प्रक्रियामा जाने निर्णय गरेको हो।Narayani Development Bank to Auction 6,03,162 Promoter Right Shares and 18,444 Ordinary Right Shares Narayani Development Bank Limited has announced that it will be auctioning its unclaimed rights shares after the earlier rights issue failed to attract sufficient applications from both promoter and ordinary shareholders. The auction will be conducted through a sealed-bid (closed bidding) process. The bank had opened its rights issue from 2082/06/02 to 2082/07/09, but a total of 603,162 promoter right shares and 18,444 ordinary right shares remained unsubscribed. As per the provisions stated in the Unified Directive 2081 issued by Nepal Rastra Bank and the Securities Issuance and Allotment Guidelines 2074 (Directive No. 15), the bank’s Board of Directors decided to sell these shares through an open auction.

मंगलबार सुनचाँदीको मूल्य घट्यो, छापावाल सुन ३ हजार ८०० ले सस्तो नेपाली बजारमा आज (मंगलबार) सुनचाँदीको मूल्यमा गिरावट आएको छ। नेपाल सुनचाँदी व्यवसायी महासंघका अनुसार आज छापावाल सुनको मूल्य तोलामा ३ हजार ८०० रुपैयाँले घटेर २ लाख ३९ हजार ५०० रुपैयाँमा कायम भएको छ। सोमबार उक्त सुनको मूल्य २ लाख ४३ हजार ३०० रुपैयाँ प्रतितोला थियो। यस्तै, चाँदीको मूल्य पनि आज तोलामा ६५ रुपैयाँले घटेको छ। सोमबार ३ हजार १५५ रुपैयाँ प्रतितोला रहेको चाँदीको मूल्य आज झरेर ३ हजार ९० रुपैयाँमा पुगेको महासंघले जनाएको छ। सुनचाँदीको मूल्य अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय बजारको उतारचढावसँगै प्रभावित हुने भएकाले नेपाली बजारमा पनि यसका असरहरू नियमित रूपमा देखिने गर्छ।Gold and Silver Prices Drop in the Nepali Market on Tuesday Gold and silver prices declined in the Nepali market on Tuesday. With this decrease, the price of hallmark gold has been fixed at Rs. 239,500 per tola, compared to Rs. 243,300 per tola on Monday. Similarly, the price of silver also dropped by Rs. 65 per tola. Silver, which was traded at Rs. 3,155 per tola on Monday, has decreased to Rs. 3,090 per tola today. The fluctuations in gold and silver prices in Nepal are largely influenced by global market trends, which continue to drive daily changes in the local bullion market.
