बन्दीपुर केबुलकार एण्ड टुरिजम कम्पनीले आईपीओ निष्कासनका लागि पायो धितोपत्र बोर्डको स्वीकृति बन्दीपुर केबुलकार एण्ड टुरिजम कम्पनी लिमिटेडले प्राथमिक सेयर (आईपीओ) निष्कासन गर्नका लागि नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड (सेबोन) बाट स्वीकृति प्राप्त गरेको छ। बिहीबार बोर्डले कम्पनीलाई विवरणपत्र प्रकाशनको अनुमति दिएको हो। कम्पनीले सर्वसाधारणका लागि प्रति कित्ता १ सय रुपैयाँ दरले कुल ५८ लाख ६० हजार कित्ता सेयर निष्कासन गर्न लागेको हो। यस योजनाअन्तर्गत कम्पनीले पहिलो चरणमा आयोजना प्रभावित स्थानीयवासी र वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीलाई प्राथमिकता दिने जनाएको छ। कम्पनीको क्रेडिट रेटिङ केयर रेटिङ्स नेपाल लिमिटेडले गरेको हो, जसअनुसार कम्पनीले "CARE-NP BB (Is)" रेटिङ प्राप्त गरेको छ। यो रेटिङले मध्यम स्तरको जोखिम रहेको देखाउँछ। निष्कासन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धकको जिम्मेवारी नेपाल एसबीआई मर्चेन्ट बैंकिङ लिमिटेडले लिएको छ।Bandipur Cable Car and Tourism Company Gets SEBON Approval for IPO Issuance Bandipur Cable Car and Tourism Company Limited has received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO). He made this statement while addressing the parliamentary Finance Committee meeting on Thursday. According to him, 72 individuals hold more than 1% promoter shares in commercial banks, while 130 individuals do so in development banks and 171 in finance companies. Regarding the proposal to legally require NRB approval for the transfer of more than 2% of promoter shares, Governor Paudel suggested that the law could allow some flexibility. “Rather than locking the exact percentage in the Act, perhaps it would be more appropriate to leave the discretion to NRB, especially as the economy remains dynamic,” he remarked.

In the first phase, the IPO will be issued exclusively to Nepali citizens working abroad, with 23,100 shares allocated — equivalent to 10% of the total issue. The company is issuing 231,000 shares, representing 40% of its issued capital of NPR 57.75 million. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 5,000 shares. The IPO will remain open until Shrawan 9 (July 24). Credit rating agency ICRA Nepal has assigned the IPO a ‘[ICRA-NP] IPO Grade 4’ rating (ICRA IR B), indicating a high risk in meeting financial obligations on time.

The application deadline is Ashad 22 (July 6), but it may be extended to Ashad 32 (July 16) if the issue is not fully subscribed by then.
