The company’s turnaround reflects rising demand and strong cost management.

The Ministry of Finance had approved up to NPR 10 billion in loans for NEA on Ashar 20, and based on that approval, NPR 5 billion has already been disbursed. According to NEA’s Executive Director, Hitendra Dev Shakya, the loan at an interest rate of 5.38% has been utilized to address cash shortages and to make payments for various contracts and projects. He stated that the loan is essential for upgrading transmission line capacity, clearing outstanding payments, and ensuring quality electrification across the country.

Despite a rise in turnover compared to Thursday, all sectoral indices closed in red, indicating growing selling pressure among investors. The NEPSE index fell by 27.14 points to close at 2,761 points, down from 2,788 on Thursday. Continuous declines over recent sessions have heightened panic selling as investors attempt to minimize losses through stop-loss strategies, resulting in stronger selling pressure than buying demand. On Sunday, shares of 249 companies worth NPR 7.73 billion were traded, slightly higher than Thursday’s NPR 7.46 billion. However, the increased turnover failed to lift the market. Prices of 58 companies advanced while 191 declined, with all 13 sub-indices ending in negative territory. Trade, Others, Microfinance, Manufacturing & Processing, and Banking sub-indices dropped more than 1 percent. Analysts note that back-to-back double-digit losses have fueled panic among investors.

This means that existing shareholders will be entitled to receive one rights share for every one share they currently hold. For rights eligibility, the company had already conducted a book closure on July 31, 2025 (Shrawan 16, 2082 BS). Therefore, only shareholders who were listed in NEPSE by July 30, 2025 (Shrawan 15) will be eligible to apply. Shareholders may submit their applications until September 24, 2025 (Ashoj 8, 2082 BS). नेपाल वेयरहाउसिङ कम्पनी लिमिटेडले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ मा ३१ करोड ३७ लाख रुपैयाँ राजस्व आर्जन गरेको छ, जुन अघिल्लो वर्षको १२ लाख ९१ हजार रुपैयाँ भन्दा धेरै बढी हो। तर, कम्पनीले ५५ करोड ८८ लाख रुपैयाँ खुद घाटा व्यहोरेको छ, अघिल्लो वर्षको ५८ करोड ५७ लाख घाटा भन्दा अलिक कम। कम्पनीको कुल सम्पत्ति १ अर्ब ७१ करोड रुपैयाँमा पुगेको छ भने स्वामित्व पूँजी ५१ करोड ८८ लाख रुपैयाँमा घटेको छ। करिब ९९ करोड ४२ लाख रुपैयाँ ऋण र उच्च वित्तीय खर्च कम्पनीका लागि ठूलो चुनौती बनेको छ। कम्पनीको प्रति शेयर आम्दानी (EPS) ऋणात्मक ८ रुपैयाँ १३ पैसा र प्रति शेयर नेटवर्थ ७४ रुपैयाँ २८ पैसा रहेको छ।Nepal Warehousing Company Ltd. reported strong revenue growth of NPR 313.76 million in FY 2081/82, compared to just NPR 12.91 million a year ago. सायपत्री हाइड्रोपावरले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ को चौथो त्रैमासमा ५७.७७ लाख रुपैयाँ नाफा कमाएको छ, जुन अघिल्लो त्रैमासको तुलनामा ४८% कम र अघिल्लो वर्षको सोही अवधिभन्दा ६३% कम हो। नाफा घट्नुको प्रमुख कारण ३८.३२ करोड रुपैयाँको कर्जा खर्च तथा बढ्दो प्रशासनिक खर्च हो। यद्यपि सञ्चालन आम्दानी बढेर ५८ करोड रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ। कम्पनीको प्रतिशेयर आम्दानी (EPS) घटेर १.९३ रुपैयाँ मा पुगेको छ। यस त्रैमासमा संचालन गतिविधिबाट नगद प्रवाह नकारात्मक भई -९०.८७ लाख रुपैयाँ भएको छ भने संचित घाटा अझै -२१.६६ करोड रुपैयाँ छ। कम्पनीको P/E अनुपात ७९.८ पुगेको छ, जसले शेयर आम्दानीको तुलनामा धेरै महँगो भएको संकेत गर्छ।Sayapatri Hydropower posted a net profit of Rs. 5.77 million in Q4 of FY 2081/82, down 48% from the previous quarter and 63% from the same period last year. Rising finance costs (Rs. 38.32 million) and higher administrative expenses dragged profitability despite operating income increasing to Rs. 58 million. EPS dropped to Rs. 1.93 from Rs. 3.69 in the last quarter. Cash flow from operations turned negative at Rs. -9.08 million, while retained earnings remain in deficit at Rs. -21.66 million. The company’s P/E ratio of 79.8 indicates the stock remains highly overvalued relative to its earnings.
