बिहीबार नेप्से परिसूचक ११.२९ अंक घट्दै पुनः २६०० विन्दुभन्दा तल २५९६.१२ विन्दुमा पुगेको छ। बजार घटेपनि कारोबार रकम ५ अर्ब ४१ करोड रुपैयाँमा पुगेको छ। दरमखोला हाइड्रो र माबिलुङ्ग इनर्जी सर्किटमा पुगेका छन् भने सम्पदा लघुवित्त १० प्रतिशतले घटेको छ। शिवम् सिमेन्ट ३० करोड ९१ लाख रुपैयाँको कारोबारसहित अग्रस्थानमा रह्यो। १३ उपसमूहमध्ये दुई मात्र बढे र बाँकी ११ घटेका छन्।The NEPSE index fell again below the 2600 mark on Thursday, dropping by 11.29 points to close at 2596.12. Despite the fall, total market turnover increased to Rs. 5.41 billion with over 10.8 million shares traded. Darmakhola Hydropower and Mabilung Energy hit the positive circuit, while Sampada Laghubitta declined by 10%. Shivam Cement topped turnover with over Rs. 309 million. Out of 13 sectors, only Manufacturing & Processing and Mutual Fund gained slightly, while 11 sectors declined.

बिहीबार, कात्तिक २० गते नेपाली बजारमा सुन र चाँदी दुबैको मूल्य बढेको छ। छापावाल सुन प्रतितोला ६०० रुपैयाँ बढेर २ लाख ३७ हजार ८०० रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ भने चाँदी तोलामा २० रुपैयाँले बढेर ३ हजार १० रुपैयाँमा पुगेको छ। अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय बजारको उतारचढाव र आन्तरिक मागका कारण मूल्य बढेको हो। Gold and silver prices rose in the Nepali market on Thursday, November 6, 2025. Hallmark gold increased by NPR 600 per tola to NPR 237,800, while silver rose by NPR 20 per tola to NPR 3,010. The rise is attributed to global market fluctuations and growing domestic demand.

कृषि विकास बैंक लिमिटेड (ADBL) ले गत आर्थिक वर्षको नाफाबाट शेयरधनीहरूलाई १३ प्रतिशत लाभांश प्रस्ताव गरेको छ, जसमा ३.२५ प्रतिशत बोनस र करसहित ९.७५ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश रहनेछ। कात्तिक १९ गतेको बैठकले फिर्ता नहुने अग्राधिकार शेयरमा ६ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश दिने निर्णय गरेको छ। सो प्रस्ताव नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंक र वार्षिक साधारण सभाको स्वीकृति पछि कार्यान्वयन हुनेछ।Agriculture Development Bank Limited (ADBL) has proposed a 13% dividend for its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year — comprising a 3.25% bonus share and a 9.75% cash dividend (including tax). नवील बैंक लिमिटेडको नाफा १४.५७ प्रतिशतले घट्दै पहिलो त्रैमासमा १ अर्ब ७५ करोड रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ। यो अघिल्लो वर्षको २ अर्ब ५ करोड रुपैयाँभन्दा कम हो। ब्याज आम्दानी ५.७७ प्रतिशतले घटेको भए पनि शुल्क तथा कमिसन आम्दानी ६.२९ प्रतिशतले बढेको छ। बैंकको निक्षेप ६.१० प्रतिशतले बढ्दै ५५६ अर्ब ६१ करोड रुपैयाँ, र कर्जा प्रवाह १.९९ प्रतिशतले बढ्दै ४२१ अर्ब रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ। निष्क्रिय कर्जा (NPL) ०.९७ प्रतिशतमा झरेको छ भने पुँजी पर्याप्तता अनुपात १२.६७ प्रतिशतमा स्थिर छ। नाफा घटे पनि बैंकको परिसम्पत्ति गुणस्तर र स्थिरता सुधारिएको देखिन्छ।Nabil Bank Limited reported a 14.57% decline in net profit in the first quarter of FY 2082/83, earning NPR 1.75 billion compared to NPR 2.05 billion last year. The fall was mainly due to lower interest income, which dropped by 5.77% to NPR 3.09 billion. However, fee and commission income grew by 6.29%, partly offsetting the decline. Deposits increased by 6.10% to NPR 556.61 billion, and loans rose by 1.99% to NPR 421 billion. The bank’s NPL improved to 0.97%, capital adequacy ratio remained strong at 12.67%, and net worth per share stood at NPR 240.72. Despite reduced profit, asset quality and stability improved.

लगातार दुई दिन घटेको नेप्से बुधबार १२.१७ अंकले बढ्दै २६०७.४२ विन्दुमा पुगेको छ। परिसूचक बढेपनि कारोबार रकम घट्दै ५ अर्ब १५ करोडबाट ४ अर्ब ६८ करोड रुपैयाँमा झरेको छ। यूनियन हाइड्रोपावर शीर्ष कारोबारकर्ता रह्यो भने माबिलुङ एनर्जी दोस्रो दिन पनि सर्किटमा पुग्यो। १३ मध्ये ११ उपसमूह बढे, वित्त उपसमूह ३.४१ प्रतिशतले अगाडि रह्यो, जबकि होटल तथा पर्यटन र म्युचुअल फण्ड घटे।After two days of decline, the NEPSE index rebounded on Wednesday, rising by 12.17 points to close at 2,607.42. Despite the gain, total turnover fell to NPR 4.68 billion from Tuesday’s NPR 5.15 billion. Union Hydropower led in trading volume, while Mabilung Energy hit the positive circuit for a second day. Out of 13 sub-indices, 11 advanced — led by the finance sector, up 3.41 percent — while hotel & tourism and mutual fund sectors slipped slightly.

चालु आर्थिक वर्षमा सरकारले पुँजीगत खर्चमा सुस्तता देखाएको छ । अर्थ मन्त्रालय मातहतको महालेखा नियन्त्रक कार्यालयका अनुसार असोज १८ गतेसम्म पुँजीगत शीर्षकमा विनियोजित ४ खर्ब ७ अर्ब बजेटमध्ये मात्र २२ अर्ब खर्च भएको छ । अघिल्लो वर्षको यही अवधिमा ३२ अर्ब ५६ करोड खर्च भइसकेको थियो ।Nepal’s capital expenditure has dropped sharply in the current fiscal year compared to the same period last year. According to the Office of the Financial Comptroller General under the Ministry of Finance, only NPR 22 billion has been spent under the capital heading as of Ashoj 18, out of the allocated NPR 407 billion. During the same period last year, NPR 32.56 billion had already been utilized.

Earlier, the company had already issued and allotted IPO shares to locals of the industry-affected areas and Nepali citizens working abroad. The company’s issued capital is NPR 1.3089 billion, out of which 40% (NPR 523.25 million) equivalent to 5,232,548 shares has been approved for public issuance. In the first phase, 261,629 shares were issued to locals of the affected area and 497,092 shares to Nepali citizens working abroad, both of which have already been allotted. Now, in the second phase, the company is issuing 4,076,156 shares worth NPR 407.61 million at a par value of NPR 100 per share for general investors. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 50,000 shares. The IPO issue will close as early as Kartik 23 (November 8) and no later than Mangsir 3 (November 18), depending on the subscription status.

According to the unaudited financial statement released by the company, it had incurred a net loss of Rs 4.353 million in the same period last year. The microfinance institution has successfully turned profitable this year by reducing last year’s losses. Its net interest income grew by 13.92 percent to Rs 35.7 million from Rs 31.3 million a year ago. Total operating income rose 14 percent to Rs 39.5 million, up from Rs 34.6 million in the previous year. Operating profit stood at Rs 11.1 million, a significant improvement from an operating loss of Rs 23 million in the corresponding period last year.

खुद ब्याज आम्दानी घट्दा आरएसडिसी लघुवित्तको नाफा करिब २० प्रतिशतले घट्यो आरएसडिसी लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेड (RSDC) ले चालु आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ को पहिलो त्रैमाससम्मको अपरिष्कृत वित्तीय विवरण सार्वजनिक गरेको छ। उक्त विवरणअनुसार लघुवित्तको खुद नाफा गत आर्थिक वर्षको सोही अवधिको तुलनामा करिब १९.१२ प्रतिशतले घटेको देखिएको छ। पहिलो तीन महिनाको अवधिमा लघुवित्तले २ करोड ११ लाख रुपैयाँ खुद नाफा कमाएको छ, जुन गत आर्थिक वर्षको सोही अवधिमा २ करोड ६० लाख रुपैयाँ रहेको थियो। नाफामा आएको कमीको मुख्य कारण लघुवित्तको खुद ब्याज आम्दानी र खुद फि तथा कमिशन आम्दानी मा आएको उल्लेख्य गिरावट हो। समीक्षा अवधिमा लघुवित्तको खुद ब्याज आम्दानी ३०.०४ प्रतिशतले घटेको छ भने खुद फि तथा कमिशन आम्दानीमा ४१.२८ प्रतिशतको ठूलो गिरावट आएको छ। यी प्रमुख आम्दानीका स्रोतहरू खुम्चिएसँगै लघुवित्तको कुल सञ्चालन आम्दानी ३०.६१ प्रतिशत र सञ्चालन मुनाफा १९.१२ प्रतिशतले प्रभावित भएको छ।RSDC Laghubitta’s Profit Drops by 19% as Net Interest Income Declines RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RSDC) has published its unaudited financial statement for the first quarter of the current fiscal year (FY 2082/83). The report indicates a significant decline in net profit, which fell by 19.12 percent compared to the same period in the previous fiscal year. The microfinance institution reported a net profit of Rs. 21.10 million for the first three months of the current FY, down from Rs. 26.09 million earned during the corresponding period of the last FY. The decline in net profit is primarily attributed to a sharp decrease in both Net Interest Income and Net Fee and Commission Income. During the review period, the company's Net Interest Income dropped by 30.04 percent, while Net Fee and Commission Income saw a massive decline of 41.28 percent. Consequently, the Total Operating Income fell by 30.61 percent, and Operating Profit decreased by 19.12 percent.

As loan demand remains weak and investable funds continue to pile up within banks and financial institutions, the central bank has opted for longer-term deposit instruments to absorb liquidity. For the past two years, credit demand in the market has remained sluggish, resulting in a steady accumulation of excess liquidity in the banking sector. While NRB previously used to collect short-term deposits, it has now begun accepting deposits for up to six months (175 days). Last Wednesday, the central bank absorbed NPR 40 billion for 175 days, and today it plans to collect another NPR 40 billion for the same duration. Previously, NRB had been collecting deposits for periods ranging between 4 and 56 days.

According to the report, the company has posted a moderate increase in net profit compared to the same period last year. By the end of Ashoj (first quarter), the company earned a net profit of NPR 56.2 million, which is 22.19% higher than the NPR 46 million recorded in the same period of the previous fiscal year. Although the company’s electricity sales revenue fell by 0.50% to NPR 82.3 million, its total profit decreased by 0.82% and operating profit by 1.14%. However, due to a significant 54.58% reduction in financial expenses, the company managed to increase its overall net profit. Despite the rise in profit, the company’s Earnings Per Share (EPS) declined. During the review period, EPS fell by NPR 17.91 to NPR 28.12. This decline was mainly due to an increase in paid-up capital outpacing the growth in net profit.
