सायपत्री हाइड्रोपावरले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ को चौथो त्रैमासमा ५७.७७ लाख रुपैयाँ नाफा कमाएको छ, जुन अघिल्लो त्रैमासको तुलनामा ४८% कम र अघिल्लो वर्षको सोही अवधिभन्दा ६३% कम हो। नाफा घट्नुको प्रमुख कारण ३८.३२ करोड रुपैयाँको कर्जा खर्च तथा बढ्दो प्रशासनिक खर्च हो। यद्यपि सञ्चालन आम्दानी बढेर ५८ करोड रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ। कम्पनीको प्रतिशेयर आम्दानी (EPS) घटेर १.९३ रुपैयाँ मा पुगेको छ। यस त्रैमासमा संचालन गतिविधिबाट नगद प्रवाह नकारात्मक भई -९०.८७ लाख रुपैयाँ भएको छ भने संचित घाटा अझै -२१.६६ करोड रुपैयाँ छ। कम्पनीको P/E अनुपात ७९.८ पुगेको छ, जसले शेयर आम्दानीको तुलनामा धेरै महँगो भएको संकेत गर्छ।Sayapatri Hydropower posted a net profit of Rs. 5.77 million in Q4 of FY 2081/82, down 48% from the previous quarter and 63% from the same period last year. Rising finance costs (Rs. 38.32 million) and higher administrative expenses dragged profitability despite operating income increasing to Rs. 58 million. EPS dropped to Rs. 1.93 from Rs. 3.69 in the last quarter. Cash flow from operations turned negative at Rs. -9.08 million, while retained earnings remain in deficit at Rs. -21.66 million. The company’s P/E ratio of 79.8 indicates the stock remains highly overvalued relative to its earnings.
